Returns & Refund Guarantee:


Your satisfaction is our priority hence provides you Returns & Refund guarantee If you find any product with low quality or by mistake you receive product other than what you order for(but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused), you can Contact Us to resolve these problems (according to the returns guarantees). The return shipping fee will be paid by you. Or, you will then be able to request a full refund and return the item, or keep the item and agree on a partial refund with seller.


Scope of Guarantee:


We provide you Return / Refund guarantee. Any product bought through the site is protected if the items you received are not as described.

The following situations are not included:

  1. Our team evaluates the claim and found that the product is as it is mentioned
  2. Product is ok, but you no longer want them.


Conditions for Submitting Refund Requests

You can submit refund requests up to 15 days after your order has been completed. You can do this by opening a dispute in the Contact Us page. Please note that you can only open one dispute per order.


Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:


  • Your order does not reached due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
